The hotel was located next to mall and ridge and centre of shimla and Shimla. The staff and the owner were all good. It was in a marvellous location on a hill. I dined a short way from the venue at Tara Bhojanalaya. Everything was brand-new, I recommend.

This venue provides a comfortable and quiet stay with excellent facilities.

The room was cozy with a comfy bed and a cute seating area, making it feel like a home away from home. the clean private bathroom was a bonus for my family, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The steep walk to the hotel might be challenging for some guests.

We recently stayed at Hill Crest Inn and it was by far the best experience we've had in Shimla. the rooms were immaculate and provided all the comforts we needed. the location was also great, just a short 10-minute walk from the center of town. the owner, Mr Jagmohan, and the staff, Rohit and Mulam, were incredibly welcoming and friendly. the level of hospitality we received was unmatched. It felt like we were staying in a 4-star hotel with the amenities provided.

I had a great stay at the Hill Crest Inn in Shimla. the hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our double room was spacious and equipped with central heating, a laptop-size safe, and a flat-screen TV. I appreciated having a bathtub as well. the location in the valley was convenient, being close to the main market, mall, and taxi services.

This hotel is situated in a picturesque location, nestled in the valley surrounded by breathtaking views. The rooms are cozy and well-maintained with proper sanitation facilities. The staff is polite, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The owner even went out of his way to provide a lift to guests in need. The hotel also offers hygienic food at all hours, and there is a kitchen available for use.

It can be challenging to locate the hotel upon returning from an evening out, as it is down a steep path with no sign for identification.

I had a very comfortable and homely stay at Hill Crest Inn. The rooms were cozy and felt like a home away from home. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The food prepared and served at the hotel was also delicious. Despite the minor inconvenience of the approach to the hotel, which required using steps, I found that this was the case with many hotels in Shimla.
